Shipping and Exchange Policy

BrandPin ("BrandPin", "we", "us", "our") is an AI visibility and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tracking platform operated by The Social Lions. These terms apply to your use of BrandPin at https://brandpin.ai and related services.
BrandPin is a digital software-as-a-service product. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is no delivery address, no courier and no shipping charge. This page explains how and when you receive what you pay for, and how exchanges work.
1. What you receive
BrandPin is delivered entirely online, as access to your account at https://brandpin.ai. That is:
- Access to the BrandPin dashboard for the plan you are on.
- The tokens included with that plan, or the tokens in any pack you buy.
2. When you receive it
- Subscriptions: your plan activates as soon as our payment partner confirms the payment, and your plan tokens are credited at the same moment. Access continues while the subscription is active.
- Token packs: tokens are credited to your balance immediately on successful payment and can be spent straight away.
- Free scan: new accounts get one free scan, available as soon as the account is verified. No payment is involved.
Delivery is automatic and immediate. If a payment succeeds but your account does not update within a few minutes, email digital@thesociallions.in and we will put it right.
3. Shipping charges
There are none. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping, handling or delivery fee is charged at any point. The amount shown at checkout is the full amount payable.
4. Where the service is available
BrandPin is available anywhere you can reach the internet. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR).
5. Exchanges and returns
Because BrandPin is a digital service and not a physical product, there is nothing to return or exchange. Plan changes, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- To move between plans, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the one you want.
- If a paid action fails because of an error on our side, the tokens for that action are credited back to your balance automatically.
